Savarela sells products to consumers residing in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and internationally.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale set out the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of the products offered on the website www.savarela.com (or any equivalent version hosted on the Shopify platform).
Products
The products offered for sale are items that may include, among others, textile products, accessories and/or equipment, depending on the collections available on the site.
Where certain products require special precautions of use (in particular accessories or equipment), the customer must refer to the information, instructions and recommendations shown on the product page and/or supplied with the product itself.
Product descriptions are prepared with the greatest possible care; nevertheless, minor errors may occur.
The images shown are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
Orders
Any order placed and confirmed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The customer declares that they are legally able to enter into a contract and are at least 18 years of age.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the website and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs may apply depending on the delivery method selected.
Payment is due immediately when the order is placed and can be made by payment card or through the payment methods available on the site.
Delivery
Products are delivered in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and internationally within an average of 8 business days from confirmation of the order.
Savarela shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond its control (strikes, weather conditions, logistical disruptions, etc.).
Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with applicable regulations, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used or put into operation after delivery, in particular where this may raise hygiene or health-protection concerns, or where the product is no longer in its original condition.
Accordingly, certain items cannot be returned once used, or if labels, seals or protective packaging have been removed, where applicable.

Liability
The customer is solely responsible for the choice and use of the products purchased.
Savarela cannot be held liable in the event of a breach of the legislation in force in the country where the products are delivered or used.
Intellectual property
All elements of the site (texts, images, graphics, logo, packaging and photographs) are the exclusive property of Savarela.
Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
Personal data
The personal data collected during the ordering process is necessary in order to process and deliver the order.
This data is not shared with third parties without your consent.
In accordance with the personal data protection regulations in force, the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data.
