Your necklace is assembled with your stones once you order, so it leaves the workshop within 24 to 48 hours.
Most addresses have it in 5 to 8 business days, and your tracking link lands in your inbox the moment it ships.
Can I return it?
Yes, you have 100 days after delivery to return your order. One exception: a necklace built around the stones you chose yourself is made for you alone, so we can only take it back if something is wrong with it. And if something is wrong with it, we fix it.
Does the jewelry hold up to water and tarnishing?
316L stainless steel sealed under an 18k gold PVD coating. Showers, the sea, the gym, washing up: none of it dulls the finish. Six months in, our customers still report no change.
How long is the chain?
18 inches, with a 2-inch extender. It sits just below the collarbone, or a little lower if you prefer.
Do I need anything to claim the warranty?
No certificate, no form. Twelve months from the day it arrives, covered automatically. All we need is your order confirmation.
I picked the wrong stones. Can I change them?
If assembly has not started, write to contact@savarela.com straight away and we change them. Once your necklace is being made or already on its way, the stones are set.
Does it really look like the photos?
Yes. Same stones, same colors. The only difference you might notice is your own screen: gold renders warmer on some displays than others.
