Shipping & Exchanges
At Savarela, we do everything we can to make our product descriptions as detailed as possible, so that there are no surprises when your order arrives. We want our customers to know exactly what they are buying.
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 12 to 72 hours. Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days, depending on the destination and the carrier.
Order cancellation policy
We are proud of how quickly we process every order placed on our website. Most orders are processed within 12 hours.
If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@savarela.com as soon as possible.
The vast majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, so it is important that you contact us within that window so we can try to cancel your order before it is processed or shipped.
We will not be able to accept a cancellation request if the order has already been processed or shipped.
Incorrect address
It is your responsibility to check that the shipping address is correct and to contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. A change can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Nor are we responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.).
In these cases, parcels may be returned to sender, although this does not always happen.
If your order is returned to sender, we can offer you either a refund of the order minus the shipping costs or a reshipment of the parcel, whichever you prefer.
You will not be eligible for a reshipment or a refund until the parcel has been received back by the sender.
